What stays on your device
Your address, assessment figures, comparable sales and owner details are processed in your browser and saved only in your browser's local storage, so your work survives a page reload or the trip to the payment page. We never receive them. Clear your browser data to remove them.
What we receive
- Anonymous usage counts: when you run a check we record the state or county option you picked, the verdict, the percentage gap, the number of comparables and your country/region from our host. No address or figures.
- Your email, only if you give it: for a deadline reminder or a packet reservation, with the county you typed. We use it only for that and never sell or share it.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We see that a payment was made, the amount and the email you gave Stripe, never your card details.
Where it's stored
Usage counts and emails are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Usage records are deleted after 180 days.
Your choices
To have your email deleted or to ask what we hold, reply to any email we sent you and we'll remove it.
